Jujitsu Outdoors

Adults Class

Tues & Thurs 6:30PM to 8PM

Wed 5:30PM to 7PM

$100 per month

Join us at Terrace BJJ and start your journey to mastering the art of self-defense while building strength, discipline, and confidence.

Beginners Martial Arts Class

Kids Class (ages 7 to 9)

Tues & Thurs

4:45PM to 5:30PM

$80 per month

Our instructors will guide them through the fundamentals while keeping it fun and engaging.

Unlike structured classes, open mats allow athletes of all skill to engage freely, learn from one another, and enhance their skills at their own pace.

Our Instructors

Robert Wickie

Robert began his martial arts journey in 1990 in Goju Ryu Karate. This quickly led to a passion for all things martial arts.  Robert received his black belt in Goju Ryu Karate but along the way also trained in White Crane Kung Fu, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, and wrestling.  Then in 2007 Robert found Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under his Coach Anderson Goncalves.  Robert received his black belt under Anderson Goncalves in 2015.  Robert is passionate about passing along martial arts and the skills it gave him to the next generation.

Pamela Gavronsky

Pam began her martial arts career in Red Deer, Alberta with competing in MMA as her main goal.  After sustaining a concussion 8 years ago, she quickly pivoted to Brazilian jiu Jitsu and hasn’t looked back.  Spending long periods of time training in Brazil and the US, she received her brown belt in 2023 from professor  Robert Wickie.  She continues to actively compete in IBJJF events al over the world and contributes her success to the roll she takes teaching and training at Terrace Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
